NECOWOOD WPC fence boards are manufactured using polyethylene, polypropylene, or PVC polymers combined with 35%–70% recycled wood fibers, including wood powder, rice husks, and agricultural residues. The materials are processed through extrusion, molding, and injection techniques in accordance with GB/T 24137-2009 Wood-Plastic Decorative Board standards, ensuring consistent quality and performance for global markets.
Designed for outdoor and semi-outdoor use, NECOWOOD WPC fence boards offer water resistance, moisture protection, and termite prevention, addressing common issues associated with natural wood in humid or high-exposure environments. The product meets B1 fire resistance standards, providing flame-retardant properties with self-extinguishing performance and no toxic gas emission during combustion.
From a structural perspective, the WPC fence boards demonstrate stable mechanical performance suitable for load-bearing and enclosure applications, including residential fencing, garden barriers, balconies, landscape projects, and municipal infrastructure. The material remains dimensionally stable, resisting cracking, swelling, and deformation under temperature fluctuations.
